We offer 1:1 personal training as well as group sessions both outdoors or at Fitness First in
Dee Why.

Personal Training

  • Structure - Meeting your Personal Trainer for appointments will ensure you get regular exercise.
  • Results - Your personal trainer will take you to a level you would not ordinarily go to on your own ensuring quicker results by using more effective exercises. Various fitness assessments are available depending on your goal so you can be sure you have a benchmark to measure yourself against. This is not a competition with anyone other than yourself.
  • Variety - Is paramount to maintaining motivation; your personal trainer will keep your training interesting & fun with a variety of exercises and techniques to keep you on track.
  • Motivation - If you find it hard to start exercising, find gyms overwhelming or intimidating or find it hard to continue once you get started, a personal trainer will be there to get you through those moments of doubt & offer the reassurance & motivation to help you stay on the road to your goals.
  • Progression - As your fitness improves, your Personal Trainer will always modify your exercise to ensure maximum enjoyment and ensure you are striving to the next level! Periodic fitness assessments also validate how you are progressing & give you the inspiration to get to the next goal.
  • A partner who's goal is to help you achieve your goals.
  • Sessions are typically 1 hour but variations are on offer so just have a chat to Matt about what best suits your lifestyle & goals.
  • All equipment is supplied.

Individual sessions
(includes ongoing program design, nutrition & lifestyle coaching)

$55 (30 mins)

 

Group Personal Training

If you have a group of friends, are a sporting or social team & are looking to do something all together, Group Personal Training could be the perfect fit. All the benefits as per above but with the added social aspect & friends to also keep you motivated.

4 or more $35 per person

 

Boxing

Boxing is an amazing workout and a great way to stay in shape as well as being an outlet for stress & tension. Matt will guide you through basic techniques and drills, then build on those over time - before you know it, you will be doing combinations you never thought you would be
capable of.

It is a tough workout but addictive so be prepared to come back for more.
